Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:

This role involves performing routine analysis of finished products, raw materials, and stability samples using advanced laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine testing on finished products and raw materials under various ICH conditions.

  • Perform assays, dissolution, hardness tests, moisture testing, content/blend uniformity, and related substances analysis.

  • Operate laboratory instruments, including HPLC, GC, UPLC, KF, dissolution, hardness, and disintegration equipment.

  • Follow internal methods, SOPs, procedures, and compendial monographs for testing and data reporting.

  • Review and trend data, and perform laboratory investigations in compliance with TrackWise systems.

  • Work on DEA-controlled substances and adhere to all regulatory guidelines, cGMP standards, and laboratory protocols.

  • Contribute to operational excellence (OpEx) activities such as SOP revisions and data trending.

  • Collaborate with fellow scientists and provide support to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or related field (required).

  • Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutics (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable industry experience in pharmaceutical product development.

  • Hands-on expertise in instrumentation techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KF, and wet chemistry testing.

  • Familiarity with GMP and ICH regulations.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong mathematical and reasoning ability.

  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.

  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk.

  • Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
