Job Title: Scientist
Location: Somerset, NJ
Duration: 3-6 months
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scientist to perform routine analysis and testing of pharmaceutical products and raw materials. This role involves working with advanced laboratory techniques and equipment in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze finished products, raw materials, and stability samples.
• Conduct tests like assays, dissolution, hardness, and content/blend uniformity.
• Use instruments such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, and KF for testing and data reporting.
• Perform tests following SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and approved procedures.
• Work on controlled substances and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review data, conduct investigations using systems like TrackWise, and support lab operations.
• Assist other scientists and contribute to timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (required) or Master's (preferred) in Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutics.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product testing and development.
• Expertise in laboratory techniques (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KF) and GMP/ICH regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
