Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong P&C Insurance domain expertise, particularly in Commercial Lines and Claims. The role focuses on driving Agile delivery, coaching teams, and enabling high-quality outcomes in a regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and support team delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog grooming and sprint readiness
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, KPIs)
• Enable collaboration between business and technical teams

Required Experience:

• 10+ years overall experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong P&C Insurance experience (Commercial Lines, Claims)
• Exposure to BOP, WC, Commercial Auto
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
• Experience working with onshore/offshore teams

Certifications (Preferred):

CSM / PSM / SAFe / P&C Insurance
