Job Title: Technical Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract, potential for extension or conversion to perm

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Scrum Master with strong Project Management skills to support a technical development team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in fast-paced environments, technically fluent, and experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery. The manager is looking for a hands-on leader who can keep development teams on track and aligned with product goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as both Scrum Master and Project Manager for multiple Agile teams

• Facilitate sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

• Track and manage tasks, risks, and team performance

• Drive accountability and help remove blockers

• Ensure Agile practices are followed and continuously improved

• Support delivery of digital/e-commerce products

• What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Prior experience as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager

• Strong technical understanding; able to engage with developers daily

• Scrum Master certification preferred

• Project Management certification a plus

• E-commerce or digital product experience is a bonus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
