Job Summary Ensure their team is able to organize and follow the scrum and ASI processes. Help ensure all team members have taken the appropriate steps on stories so the team functions as a well‑oiled machine. Remove impediments, encourage focus on tasks, and support POs in planning. Conduct retrospectives, schedule backlog grooming. 20% of the time is spent performing Scrum master duties, while 80% is dedicated to product development alongside the team. Process The focus of the Scrum master is to get the team to follow the scrum process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate closely with the Product Manager to understand priorities and timelines. Work with team members on backlog refinement and process improvement.
