Job Summary: This is a project-based employee role supporting the initial development phase of our autonomous vehicle platforms. Development phases of this nature typically span up to approximately 24 months, though scope and duration are driven by business needs. Process Ensure their team is able to organize and follow the scrum and ASI processes. Help ensure all team members have taken the appropriate step on stories so the team is a well‑oiled machine. Remove impediments, encourage the team to work only on tasks, and encourage POs to plan. Conduct retrospectives and schedule backlog grooming. 20% of time is spent on Scrum master duties, and the remaining 80% of time is spent on product development alongside the team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate closely with Product Manager to understand what needs to be done by when. Work with team members on backlog and processes. Understand and remove impediments to the scrum process. Essential Education, Work Experience, Job Skills Must meet functional education and skills.
