Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the migration of legacy CRM solutions to Salesforce, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to define objectives and deliverables for the CRM migration project.
- Develop and document detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct thorough data mapping and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the new Salesforce system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM migration and Salesforce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our CRM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce and CRM solutions.
- Proven experience in managing and executing CRM migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with data mapping, migration, and data integrity management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus.
