We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our BloomNet Technology team with a focus in Ecommerce. This Scrum Master will be part of multiple Journey Teams, working closely with the Scrum Team and other Application teams to support the delivery of features end to end.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Company that embraces new technology to provide the best customer experience to deliver smiles. Required Qualifications/Experience:Coordinates an agile development team, ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. Takes a servant leader approach to help the team self-organize and adopt an attitude of continuous improvement. Actively identifies and removes impediments in order to ensure that assigned sprints and projects are completed on time. Tracks and reports daily schedules.Works with Product Owners to help ensure execution alignment for Scrum Teams.Facilitates Agile Scrum Team execution and feature completion tracking for multiple Scrum TeamsSupports the Product Owner with the creation, refinement, and prioritization of user stories within a product backlog.Identifies and creates metrics that measure and report on team performance, backlogs health and continuous improvement.Arranges and facilitates daily stand-up meetings and demos/retrospectives. Ensures quick inspection and proper use of an Agile process.Escalates and assists in the resolution of impediments to support the timely completion of sprint deliverables.Provides coaching on Agile practices and methods for assigned as well as other Scrum Teams.Ensures the work implemented by teams adheres to the steps and procedures (e.g., test scripts must be written and executed to validate a user story) outlined within the definition of done (DoD) framework.Participates in scrum-of-scrums (SoS) to support the management and remediation of dependencies across multiple product/application teams.Plans, leads and delivers mission critical, complex eCommerce solutions.Required Skills:Experience delivering eCommerce based projects front end to backendGood understanding of technical web environment and code release life-cycleScrum master is responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetingsPossesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respectShould be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team togetherProject management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environmentExperience in a dynamic high-technology environment is preferredKnowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidenceAbility to communicate needs and schedules to business stakeholders and technology teams, as well as ensure plans are in place/standards are adhered toDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate the team to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problemsWork with Business and Development to get agreement with scope, cost estimates, constraints, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each deliverable increment.Improving Scrum Team – identifies and recommends opportunities for improving the delivery model by analyzing consistent themes in lessons learned informationEducation and Experience3-6 years’ experience as a Scrum Master; leading technical and non-technical teams in an Agile environmentExperience managing multiple Scrum teamsKnowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.Positive attitude and high energy level with an ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels within an organizationExcellent prioritization and organization skillsStrong ability to hold self and others accountable to delivering results Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical audiencesExperience working in a fast paced, high-effort, dynamic work environmentStrong Microsoft Office and Project skillsExperience working within JiraEducation/ Certifications:Prefer Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline with IT focusCertified Scrum Professional (CSP)The expected salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
