Responsibilities:

• Lead the scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
• Plan team workload in collaboration with technical leads, aligning with priorities.
• Drive Loss Prevention initiatives, handling stakeholder communication, vendor relations, and financial management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track team objectives, metrics, and support capacity planning and dependency management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Scrum practices.
• Proven experience leading teams within a SAFe/Agile framework.
