Looking for SCRUM Master with SAP Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Facilitate the integration of SAP systems and processes within Agile frameworks.
Manage project timelines, coordinate sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
Foster collaboration within the team and across different departments.
Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team performance.
Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Continuously improve team processes and practices to enhance productivity and quality.
Possess a strong understanding of SAP systems and tools, and how they integrate with Agile methodologies.
Regular Travel is required in the project. (Mandatory)

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years as a SCRUM Master or in a similar role.
Detailed understanding of Scrum framework, including core ceremonies like Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
SAP Experience: Experience working with SAP systems and processes.
Strong leadership mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Fast learner, time management, and multitasking skills.
