Job Description / Responsibilities
Collaborating with prospective users and LOB to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Manage and groom product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
Developing user stories and define acceptance criteria
Set Sprint goals and Plan releases and upgrades
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Liaising with the LOB and end-users to deliver updates
Participating in Scrum meetings and sprint ceremonies
Designing test plans and scenarios for QA team.
Must Haves:
Experience and solid understanding on Omnichannel marketing communication
Strong technical background
Good to Have:
experience with multiple systems such as AEP, ACC, SHFC, OneTrust.
