The Opportunity

As a Scrum Master for Data Science and Software Development Agile teams, you'll collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and government product owners to deliver mission-critical enterprise software. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced Cloud Computing and SecDevOps projects that support some of the U.S. Government's most critical missions.

You'll play a key role in facilitating Agile practices, guiding teams toward excellence, and leveraging cutting-edge Machine Learning/AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
• Assist product owners and development teams in prioritizing work and removing impediments.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and processes.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during development.
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure comprehensive solutions for the Agile Release Train.
• Contribute to areas of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as needed, based on technical expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance (CI Poly preferred or willingness to obtain one).
• 7+ years of experience with Agile Software Development and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to work with and lead a team in a rapidly changing environment.
• Solid understanding of all stages of the SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Scrum Master or other Agile certifications.
• Technical background in Software Development.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI solutions.
• Information Assurance certification (e.g., Security+).
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
