Scrum Master We are hiring a Scrum Master to support a high-impact eCommerce team heading into a major platform go-live this November. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, data-driven reporting capabilities, and experience holding distributed teams accountable for delivery across development, QA, integrations, and release management. This role is 5 days onsite in Victor, NY. Ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the team, driving real-time collaboration, and making an immediate impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile delivery across a 3-week sprint cadence, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesPartner with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog Drive sprint execution, ensuring timely delivery and removal of blockersTrack and report on team performance, including velocity, progress, bottlenecks, and overall delivery healthTrack progress, efficiency, bottlenecks, capacity utilization, percentage of completion, delivery forecasts, budget tracking, and time allocation for leadershipFacilitate continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learnedSupport a hybrid Agile model, with a transition toward incorporating Kanban for longer-lead workstreams Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software development teamsHands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO), including reporting Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholdersUnderstanding of Order-to-Cash processes highly preferred Nice to have: eCommerce and/or Oracle experience Job DetailsContract through the end of the fiscal year 10/31/2026 with a 12 month extension availableHourly rates W2 with 401k and health benefits available after 30 days Corp-to-Corp available for independent consultants If you enjoy being in the room where decisions are made and helping teams deliver at a high level, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact!
