Position: Scrum Master

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Remove blockers and assist teams in achieving sprint goals.
• Coach team members on agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of priorities.
• Track and report team progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.
• Foster open communication and resolve conflicts within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile project management role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
