Citrix/AVD Administration: Manage Citrix DaaS/CVAD integrated with AVD (host pools, session hosts, delivery groups, MCS/Autoscale), FSLogix

TxDOT's enterprise environment.
Windows Server Platform: Build, patch, and harden Windows Server (2022) for TxDOT services; manage AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP; use PowerShell and

Networking & Security: Apply TCP/IP fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and access control lists at multiple layers (Citrix policies, OS firewall,
network firewalls, Azure NSG/ASG) to implement least-privilege connectivity; create and maintain firewall rules for TxDOT systems.
Monitoring & Operations: Use Citrix Director/Analytics, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, and platform logs to track performance, right-size capacity,
and tune user experience; drive incident response and root-cause analysis; document TxDOT standard operating procedures.
