13 weeks | Days | 8-Hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours weekly guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• New Grad is okay.
• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State

Shift: Mon-Fri, Days

COVID-19: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
