Job Opportunity As an FSO Technology Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center and will work on project‑based Technology and managed services for clients. Your key responsibilities include design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of end‑to‑end Technology solutions in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist engagement teams through analysis of business requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of distributed software applications. Deliver high‑quality systems focused on reliability and an excellent customer experience. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge across project lifecycles. Skills and Attributes for Success Prior full‑stack software product development experience; preferred understanding of DevOps and supporting services/tools. Ability to deliver engineering solutions through all project lifecycle phases using proven agile methodology. Hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Experience working effectively with client engagement teams and fostering an inclusive work environment. Understanding of current technology environment and industry trends with ability to provide recommendations. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology software development. Back‑end experience using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, micro‑services, serverless, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Front‑end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) and responsive web design. Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud‑native/micro‑services architecture (IaaS, PaaS, container deployment). Proficiency with collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines). Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks; knowledge of TDD or BDD. Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with technologies such as Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, AngularJS/ReactJS, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
