Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in a similar role for a company that makes mixed Hardware-Electronics and related software for PLC -driven Automation Control type Systems
• Experience with or Strong Knowledge of areas including the design and operation of Automation Controls type software for manufacturing, material handling, warehouse automation or related areas.
• Experience "bridging the gap" between the technical and business aspects of building-designing and delivering WMS Systems: engaging/communicating with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical business users); requirements gathering, SDLC Project coordination and communication, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Initial User training, Systems Documentation, Project Reporting (including Metrics Reporting); gap analysis/solution recommendation; analysis of Warehouse System workflows, Data Flow Diagramming.
• Detail Oriented, Self-Motivated and Very Organized with the proven ability to work on multiple Software Development projects simultaneously.
• SQL Server: experience with basic SQL Queries and Reporting; Must have experience pulling-accessing SQL Server data for the purpose of reporting and analysis; Experience with Excel is also preferred.
• Experience being a part of an hybrid/mixed AGILE-SCRUM combined with Waterfall SDLC Environment.
• Experience doing external client demonstrations (prototype demo's of systems we are building for clients) is a plus.
• A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management (WMS) or Warehouse Automation or Material Handling type software is a strong plus.
