Support for SDWAN/Meraki/Sunbelt/MECM
Size of group this position will support: 9000+
Work from home
Working multiple tickets, while answering customer calls

Network skills, Protocol knowledge, Technical Troubleshooting skills
5-8 years related experience.

CCNA is preferred, but not required
Shift/Hours: Overtime as needed; weekends possible.
Hiring for Swings, overnight and days.
37 hours per week.
No Shift differential.


Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment.
Technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.
Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
Monitors network performance; conducts routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities; resolves routine trouble tickets.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent.
