Based in Bali, our team is growing quickly and building a reputation for SEO craft, client results, and team culture.In 2025, we made a series of successful hires that have strengthened our Bali team. As demand continues to grow in 2026, we’re expanding further, with the Bali team playing an increasingly important role in supporting both local and Australian clients, and are looking for another SEO Specialist to join us.The RoleThis is a hands-on SEO role where you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns across both eCommerce and service-based clients. You'll work closely with our Technical, Content, and Partnerships teams to deliver impactful results, backed by smart strategy, sound process, and a collaborative environment.You’ll also have direct access to experienced SEO mentors, continuous learning, and a clear path to career progression, including potential leadership opportunities as the Bali team continues to scale.What You'll Be DoingManaging a portfolio of diverse SEO clients, both new and establishedCommunicating clearly and effectively with clients, both in person and onlineDefining and executing SEO strategies aligned with client goalsConducting keyword research, competitor and content gap analysis, market research, and technical auditsIdentifying trends and insights to guide performance improvementsStaying on top of SEO trends and testing new tactics and toolsUtilising SEO tools like AHREFs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business ProfileKeeping project delivery on track and deadlines are met using AsanaAbout You1+ years’ experience in an agency SEO roleA solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page optimization, and keyword researchProficiency with core SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleClear English communication skills, written and spokenWell-organised, reliable, and proactive in managing timelines and client expectationsA natural relationship builder who earns client trustA customer-first mindset, with a desire to exceed client expectationsWhat You’ll Love About Working With UsA collaborative and supportive work culture based in BaliA new office with great amenitiesHybrid work modelA clear path for career progression as the Bali team growsSalary reviews to reflect your growth and contributionOngoing professional development, including regular team upskilling sessionsThe chance to work with our Australian sister company Calibre9.The chance to be part of something growing — and help shape what it becomesReady to Apply?We’d love to hear from you.
