H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC); Provide hands on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment; Receive communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support; document and resolve issues or escalate as needed; Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process; Review and verify invoices and prepare payment in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expense for the DOCs approval
