You will shape the direction of TurboTax Live Business, a new product offering, while working at the #11 ranked company on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with sound professional judgment. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Maintain sensitive customer and confidential business information responsibly. Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer in everyday language. Operate in a virtual customer‑facing role using video communication software and document interactions accurately. Interact with customers and team members professionally, upholding Intuit’s operating values. What You Need Strong business tax preparation experience (3+ years) with federal and state returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season. Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney. Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (30+ returns per year). Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Bookkeeping experience and service‑industry clients preferred. State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required. Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours per week in 4‑hour increments. Knowledge of Circular 230. Proficiency with technology and solid computer operations knowledge. Strong customer service skills for video/audio communication. Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, research skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Compensation Competitive pay based on location with base pay ranging from $34.40 to $46.20 per hour, depending on the state.
