Pay: $20-$24/hr + overtime pay
Estimated: $1400-$2400/week
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Seasonal Class A/B CDL Truck Driver to support agricultural operations during peak seasons. This position focuses on delivering fertilizer and agricultural chemicals during the farming season, with grain hauling duties during slower periods as needed. Reliability, safety, and strong customer service are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver fertilizer and agricultural chemicals to customer locations and company branches during the farming season

Haul grain during non-peak agricultural periods, as assigned

Maintain accurate delivery records, inventory documentation, and DOT logbooks

Communicate daily with dispatch to coordinate routes and schedules

Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures

Operate equipment in compliance with USDOT and FMCSA regulations

Assist with other general duties as needed throughout the season
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
-
Agriculture or farming experience preferred

Familiarity with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR)

Basic knowledge of commercial truck maintenance and inspections
Skills & Abilities

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards

Basic computer and software proficiency

Effective time-management skills in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid Class A CDL (Class B may be considered depending on assignment)

Tanker Endorsement
Physical & Safety Requirements

Ability to lift, pull, and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly

Ability to perform repetitive lifting and pulling motions

Ability to read detailed documents and fine print

Comfortable using keyboards and mobile devices

Ability to hear and communicate clearly via phone or radio

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
