Trust Officer

We are seeking an experienced and credentialed trust officer to oversee a portfolio of complex trusts. This position requires someone with deep knowledge of trust administration and asset management along with strong relationship management skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of recent trust officer experience at a private bank, wealth management firm, or family office
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • CTFA (Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor) certification
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations required
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
The trust officer will be responsible for:
  • Administering personal, charitable, and specialty trusts
  • Managing investment portfolios within guidelines and risk profiles
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Preparing detailed reviews of portfolios and trusts
  • Communicating regularly with grantors, beneficiaries, wealth advisors, attorneys, and accountants
  • Staying current on trust practices, tax laws, and financial regulations
