Overview True North is looking to add a motivated Second Assistant/AIT to their team this season. The Second Assistant would work directly under the supervision of the Superintendent and 1st Assistant to perform daily maintenance tasks while helping to manage a staff of 13+. Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities will include assisting in the training/management of the seasonal staff, maintaining moisture levels across all playing surfaces, daily set-up, daily irrigation practices and fixes, maintaining chemical records and application of chemicals/fertilizers, planning/implementing improvements across the property, operating equipment during aeration and in‑house projects. Qualifications Candidate must be a possess a positive attitude, good work ethic and communication skills. They also must be able to work as part of a team environment and follow directions.
