We are looking to fill a Long-term Contract role as a Security Analyst in Indianapolis, IN

Mode of Interview: In person

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented Information Security Analyst with a focus on compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with compliance tools, handling compliance incidents,

and supporting organizational adherence to various regulatory frameworks. This role involves active engagement with compliance tools, responding to DLP alerts, assisting with policy adherence,

conducting end-user training, and working closely with different departments.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview for data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Govern Social Health Information Exchanges (SHIEs) to ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Respond to compliance incidents, including DLP alerts, and conduct investigations to document findings.
  • Collaborate with departments to address and remediate compliance issues.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support adherence to established policies and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices, including data handling and privacy protection.
  • Develop and update training materials to keep employees informed about compliance standards.
  • Participate in breach response efforts, helping to identify, report, and mitigate incidents.
  • Work with teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
