Job Title Security Assistant Shift Manager Company Full House Resorts, Inc Responsibilities Ensure that all applicable rules, regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures of the organization are firmly, fairly, and consistently, enforced. Safeguard assets, including patron, employee and Company property. Perform escort duties as required within the scope and confines of the Security Department Regulations. Assume a leadership role in guest and employee relations requiring security intervention. Audit / complete accident, incident, investigation reports, which correctly reflect the events, participants, location, and time, of events which involve the patrons, employees, property, and assets of the Company in a concise and professional format. Perform any evaluations as directed relative to their span of control. Coordinate security activities including applicable notification protocols and referrals with operating managers, and directors, of external departments when appropriate. Assist the Indiana Gaming Agents and other Law Enforcement Agencies as requested. Direct security response to all incidents/situations requiring intervention. Conduct internal investigations. Initiate, monitor, and document coaching and counseling, attendance, and benefit requests relative to their span of control. Complete all shift reports prior to the end of the shift. Oversee and effectively perform evacuation drills. Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard‑certified vessel. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on‑site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self‑Reporting Policy. Other Job Functions Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Assume the responsibilities of the assigned Shift Lieutenant in his / her absences. Job Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum of one year experience in casino security or private security. Previous supervisory experience is strongly encouraged. Education Required: High School Diploma or斗. Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to write/print legibly. Read and comprehend printed material with high school proficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with others. Strong decision‑making skills and ability to complete multiple tasks Diane simultaneously. Ability to work well within stressful situations and focus and direct others relative to the assigned span of control. Detailed knowledge of company Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Departmental Operating Procedures and Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations. General knowledge of law enforcement applications, and emergency response procedures. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational maîtrise - Level 2. Must have a valid driver’s license. Other Specialized Requirements: None.
