• Engagement will be extended beyond 6/30, possibly 6-12+ Months
• This position is a new role to be the subject matter expert (SME) for our CrowdStrike deployment.
• The role will be responsible for maintaining the current installation of CrowdStrike and all of its feature sets as well as new implementations through the product.
• This position would also maintain the Tenable deployment for vulnerability scanning throughout the enterprise.
• Any new configurations would also be deployed by this individual.
• The position will also assist in supporting the M365 E5 Environment, multi region Azure deployment and other customer services.
• The selected candidate will be added to an on-call rotation that will be one week a month.
• Work requires excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a high technical skill level.
• Position requires frequent interaction with employees, customers, technicians, analysts, and specialists to troubleshoot problems related to the use of single and/or multiple information systems.
• Work may include creation, installation, and modification of software, testing, and documentation on a variety of platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.
