By directing daily shift assignments and security deployments, you’ll ensure that resources are exactly where they need to be, when they are needed most. You will partner with the Director of Security to plan operational and capital budgets, while ensuring we remain compliant with all regulations, policies, hiring, and contracts. As the point person for customer complaints and internal investigations, you will resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, helping to maintain the trust of everyone who walks through our doors. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred. Drivers License credentialed from the Florida Bureau of Motor Vehicles preferred. Education High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
