Maya Dayclub / Clubhouse is currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team! This is a non-exempt position, with the base compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Lead and mentor the Security team.
- Greet patrons and check IDs.
- Provide security and safety, protecting bar patrons and staff.
- Maintain bar supplies, when needed.
- Monitor bar or club perimeter for safety concerns.
- Assess customer behavior and intoxication. Removing patrons when necessary.
- Build a security team with safety and hospitality as core values.
- Train security staff.
- Manage labor and write thoughtful schedules.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience leading a team.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications.
