Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Control access at gates and/or entry points by checking identification and authorization, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and directing authorized traffic to the correct location; Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity using sign-in logs, access control systems, radios, and/or telephone communications, and report irregularities per post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related operations
