Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.; Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and address policy violations through presence, verbal direction, and timely escalation as needed.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and public responders when required.; Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate key information during shift handoffs.
