Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community and/or club setting.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of community streets, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.; Control access at gates and/or entry points by checking credentials, verifying visitor authorization, directing traffic flow, and documenting entries and exits per post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement and/or medical responders as required and providing clear information to arriving units.; Complete patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to oncoming shifts and site contacts, and support investigations by preserving observations and available information.
