Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients at a utilities location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter fencing, with working conditions that may vary by post and weather.; Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access attempts; report concerns promptly and help to deter prohibited activity through visible presence.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarm response, access issues, and/or coordination with site personnel and public responders as directed.; Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, logging visitors and/or vehicles, and completing written and/or electronic reports of patrols, incidents, and observations.
