Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, parking lots, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and check doors, gates, and restricted areas for proper authorization, reporting irregularities according to post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing direction, requesting assistance as needed, and completing required notifications.; Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in daily reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
