Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location; Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; Monitor access points and visitor traffic; verify identification and/or authorization as required, and direct patients, visitors, and staff to appropriate areas; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related disturbances, disruptive behavior, and/or property concerns, and notify appropriate personnel; Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation; communicate observations and/or hazards to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and support drills or special assignments as needed
