Location: Silverthorne, Colorado Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $26.50 per hour Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight) Citadel Security USA is currently hiring a full-time Armed Security Supervisor for a newly secured contract operating around the clock in Silverthorne, Colorado. This position is responsible for overseeing overnight site activity, guiding on‑duty personnel, and helping ensure that all posts remain covered and operating as expected. The individual in this role will act as the primary point of contact during overnight hours, addressing issues as they arise and keeping operations on track. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily security operations for a client contract Supervise and support assigned security personnel during overnight shifts Ensure all posts are properly staffed and operating efficiently Maintain a visible leadership presence across the site Enforce company policies, procedures, and client‑specific requirements Monitor site activity and respond to incidents or operational issuesConduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met Complete reports, logs, and documentation accurately and on time Communicate with management regarding site performance and concerns Position Requirements Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must meet all Colorado requirements for armed security officers (including the ability to obtain any required licenses or certifications) Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security Experience in armed security or critical infrastructure environments Ability to manage personnel and handle dynamic situations effectively Work Environment Combination of supervisory duties, patrol responsibilities, and incident response May involve extended standing, walking, and working in varying conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
