Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Administrator in Lockbourne, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify potential concerns and support site operations. Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders. Support facility rules and traffic flow by observing pedestrian and vehicle activity, helping to deter disruptions, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors regarding site expectations. Minimum Requirements: Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
