Now Hiring: Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst – 24/7 Monitoring & Incident Response Role We are looking for a highly skilled SOC Analyst responsible for real-time monitoring, detection, and response to security events that impact operations, personnel, and infrastructure across a large enterprise environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safety, security, and operational continuity through continuous monitoring and rapid incident response. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and validate security systems including Video Surveillance (VSS), Access Control (ACS), and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to ensure full situational awareness Triage and analyze security alarms using defined risk and severity frameworks Investigate incidents and coordinate timely escalation to security leadership, control centers, and law enforcement when required Maintain accurate incident logs, shift documentation, and time-stamped reports for audit and compliance purposes Handle digital evidence preservation following strict chain-of-custody procedures Support risk intelligence reporting , identifying patterns, vulnerabilities, and recurring security issues Assist in ISO audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in SOC operations, security monitoring, dispatch, or law enforcement support environments Hands-on exposure to security platforms such as VSS, ACS, IDS, or similar systems Strong experience in incident handling, documentation, and operational reporting Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift-based, high-pressure environment Strong communication skills with ability to report incidents to both technical teams and executive leadership Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ASIS, APTA, ANSI, ISC guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience: Experience with enterprise physical security systems such as Genetec, Lenel, or intrusion detection platforms Background in emergency dispatch (Police / Fire / EMS) Ability to support technical troubleshooting and field coordination during incidents Experience working independently in mission-critical environments If you have SOC experience and thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments focused on security operations and incident response, this could be a strong fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
