Security Services Consultant

Security Services Consultant (Cybersecurity): Provide expert advisory and technical support for CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across EMEA with an accent on customer engagement, solution delivery, and strategic advisory. Focus on managing complex PAM environments, transitioning to cloud-based SaaS, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success. Location: Based in Germany with focus on EMEA region including DACH, Nordics, and BeNeLux Company CyberArk is a global leader in identity security, specializing in AI-powered Identity Security Platforms to secure human and machine identities with zero trust and least privilege principles. What you will do Serve as primary technical advisor for CyberArk PAM customers across EMEA, managing full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term adoption Build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors Provide expert guidance on self-hosted/on-premises CyberArk PAM and transition to SaaS solutions Support planning, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations of PAM solutions Collaborate with account teams, Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services Represent customer voice internally and contribute to escalation scenarios Requirements Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience in complex or modernized environments Fluent in German and English Experience with Windows, Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers and projects Preferred CyberArk certifications like Sentry, Defender, or CDE Culture & Benefits Diverse and inclusive workplace valuing unique backgrounds and perspectives Equal opportunity employer with accommodations for interview needs Commitment to innovation and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
