Semi-Skilled Laborer (Seasonal) - Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center Apply
Do you enjoy working outdoors? Do you like working with your hands? A Semi-Skilled Laborer position at Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center may be the job for you. Nolde Forest Environmental Education Center is looking for a positive individual who strives to keep the park facilities in good working order for the safe, enjoyable recreation and relaxation of our park visitors.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, your responsibilities will include maintaining and cleaning drainage systems, landscaping tools, and equipment. You will also be involved in painting structures, repairing leaky faucets, and assisting with completing tasks safely. Additionally, you will document your work and effectively communicate with your supervisor. You will be responsible for replacing light bulbs, shades, and switches, as well as assisting in electrical maintenance and repair. Furthermore, you will be tasked with oiling, adjusting, and caring for electrical motors. As assigned, you will paint buildings, rooms, walls, signs, or other surfaces. You will also cut grass using lawn care equipment.
