Develop robust analysis tools, methods, and metrics with wide scale

DRAM manufacturing and product development flows.
Provide DEG Analytics
supports to DRAM Engineering teams including Product, Design-for-Test, and
Validation, in pursuit of company-wide goals of quality and yield improvements,
time-to-market and cost reductions.
Serve all DRAM and Emerging technologies,
including DRAM in Sustaining Mode and Development Chips.


May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related
field.
