Job Title: Senior / Lead Java Developer (AWS + Microservices) Location: Malvern, PA Duration: 6+ Months Salary Range: $60.00 - $62.87/hr Employment Type: W2 only Job Summary Seeking a senior-level Java professional with extensive experience in Java/J2EE, microservices, and AWS cloud technologies. The role involves technical leadership, application support, architecture improvements, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive scalable and efficient solutions. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE / Web Technologies Strong expertise in: Spring Boot Microservices architecture REST API design and development Strong experience with AWS services : EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch Experience with unit and automation testing : JUnit Cucumber Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools : Maven, Jenkins, Git, SVN, Bitbucket, Bamboo Hands-on experience with SQL Experience integrating REST APIs across systems AWS & Cloud Engineering Experience Building and managing public and private cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3) Deploying and automating AWS environments using CloudFormation Templates (CFT) and stack sets Developing APIs using AWS SDKs Developing AWS Lambda-based solutions for data migration and change data capture to DynamoDB Additional Technical Expertise Writing complex parallel streams and filters in Java for efficient data processing Designing and implementing microservices using REST/Jersey frameworks Strong knowledge of system development and integration Key Responsibilities Lead the maintenance and support of applications across multiple technologies Drive architectural improvements and enforce code quality standards Provide technical leadership for: Application enhancements Production issue resolution Cost optimization Scalability initiatives Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, infrastructure teams, and system partners Act as the primary technical point of contact for automation applications Implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance Strengthen monitoring and alerting for automation processes Review application code and design for best practices Provide production support as needed Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Application Email your resume to:
