Senior Account Executive - Payroll & EOR Solutions

East Coast Territory (Remote)

$120K +Bonus (Not Double OTE)

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our clients US sales team.


You will be tasked with revenue generating activities for their Payroll / Employer of Record (EOR) services in the key East Coast market.


In this role, you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to shaping their sales strategy.


Senior Account Executive (Payroll & EOR Solutions) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and EOR sales targets in your assigned region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities in the payroll and EOR space.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress towards goals.
  • Engage with prospects, assess their needs, and address concerns related to payroll and EOR solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and conduct market research.


Senior Account Executive (Payroll & EOR Solutions) - Requirements:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience in the territory markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in payroll or EOR services is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software and relevant communication tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Awareness and appreciation for cultural differences.
  • Skilled at problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
