Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager / Client Partner to manage and expand strategic client relationships within the IT Services and Consulting domain. This role requires a strong blend of account management, business development, and operational oversight expertise.
The ideal candidate is both a relationship builder and revenue driver capable of managing delivery complexities while proactively identifying and closing new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Portfolio Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion strategies.
- Maintain strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify new leads within existing and new accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solution strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close new deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Demonstrate proven quota attainment and measurable revenue expansion.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Navigate complex delivery challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Develop account growth roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
Executive Communication & Negotiation
- Present strategic roadmaps and business reviews at the executive level.
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Influence decision-makers with value-driven consultative selling approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Business Development within IT Services or Consulting.
- Proven success managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of:
- Revenue growth
- Quota attainment
- Closing multi-year services contracts
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, digital transformation, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational involvement.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
