Fossil Group is searching for an Account Manager to support our Corporate Markets Division sales team. This exceptional candidate will manage various aspects of selling and customer relationships in the incentive merchandise channel.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assortment planning, sales forecasting, monitoring ship dates, inventory turnover, margin, co-op/cost control, advertising.
  • Customer sales presentations and some exhibiting at various types of industry trade shows .
  • This individual will also be responsible for establishing strong relationships with distributor sales reps, customer service and business owners. Strong presentation skills, analytical skills, relationship-building and leadership skills required.

Your Skills

  • Proven track record with Sales Quota leadership is ideal
  • 5 years account management experience is preferred
  • Fashion accessory experience a plus
  • Proven track record in building partnerships with accounts and/or vendors
  • Strong analytical skills, relationship-building and leadership skills required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint , Word
  • Bachelors degree preferred
