Responsibilities Execute daily financial operations, including the verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data. Coordinate with warehouse managers to validate invoices and provide support on all accounts payable inquiries. Process outgoing payments in accordance with established financial policies and procedures. Resolve billing discrepancies by maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors. Ensure timely distribution of payment remittances to vendors. Maintain compliance with accounts payable regulations, including W‑9 forms, sales tax, and other applicable requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience (exceptional recent graduates may also be considered). Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset toward problem‑solving and process enhancement. Capable of following verbal and written instructions accurately. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with warehouse expense accounting is a big plus.
