Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our mid-sized accounting firm in Mount Arlington, NJ. In this role, you will prepare both business and personal tax returns and provide strategic tax planning advice to our clients. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze individual, trust, gift, partnership, and corporate tax returns Communicate directly with clients regarding tax returns and other tax related issues Research and advise clients on complex tax questions Identify tax‑saving opportunities for business clients and owners Review and adjust client accounting records to reconcile with tax returns, including cash and accrual basis differences Demonstrate skill, judgment, and initiative to independently manage multiple assignments Supervise and train entry‑level accounting staff Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager Benefits Why join Nisivoccia?
