Overview Senior Accountant / Billing Finance Manager – Hybrid Growing organization seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting. This role will manage AR/AP, general ledger activity, reconciliations, commission calculations, and support payroll and year-end processes. Responsibilities Oversee invoicing (including AIA and progress billing), cash applications, and aging reports Manage full-cycle accounts payable and vendor reconciliations Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, and complete monthly bank reconciliations Calculate and record commissions; support payroll processing Assist with audits, year-end close, and preparation of files for external tax accountants Maintain accounting systems (SAGE) and identify process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Proficiency with accounting software (SAGE, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take ownership of financial operations in a dynamic environment.
