Job Title: Senior Accountant Assurance Services/Accounting & Auditing

JOB INSIGHT:

We are a growing accounting, tax, and consulting firm.

We are currently looking to add progressive Accounting & Auditing Accountants at the Senior level to our Assurance team.

The ideal candidate will be a team player first and foremost and help our expanding assurance department grow!

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to assist in the performance of audits, reviews and compilations for privately held businesses and be versed in current accounting standards.
• Must be able to prepare audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
• Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner and manager

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting along with strong analytical, time management, communication and PC skills including proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Candidates must be well versed in current accounting standards with the ability to effectively manage engagements and professionally represent the firm during client visits.
• CPA or CPA Candidate (120 hours completed)
• 2 plus year's public accounting experience, including at least 2 busy seasons.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Develops and maintains outstanding client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
